1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at boothug@boothug.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused
  • clean
  • undamaged
  • in its original condition
  • returned with its original packaging where possible

We may reduce the refund if the product has been used more than necessary to check its nature, features and fit.

3. Products that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged, heavily used, dirty, incomplete or not suitable for resale due to the customer’s handling.

This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective.

4. Defective or incorrect products

If the product you received is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at boothug@boothug.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund according to applicable consumer protection rules.

5. Return shipping

If you return a product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide instructions for returning the product.

6. Refunds

For consumers located in the European Union, if you withdraw from the purchase within the legal 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid for the original order, as required by applicable law.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered by us, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

The direct cost of returning the product to us is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error.

For customers outside the European Union, returns and refunds are handled according to this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

  • your name
  • order number
  • product name
  • reason for return
  • photos, if the product is damaged or defective
